Project Overview
I contributed as an academic manuscript reviewer for Wollo University’s Abyssinia Journal of Business and Social Sciences (AJBS), reviewing scholarly manuscripts submitted for potential publication.
My role involved critically evaluating academic work and contributing to the journal’s scholarly review and editorial process. My contribution as a reviewer was formally recognized by the journal.
Selected Manuscript Reviews
Media Regulatory Bodies in Ethiopia
I reviewed the manuscript Media Regulatory Bodies in Ethiopia for potential publication in AJBS. The journal formally recognized this contribution through a Manuscript Review Certificate issued on March 28, 2022.
Narrative / Blogging as an Embedded Narrative Strategy
I also reviewed a manuscript examining blogging as an embedded narrative strategy in literary narrative. During the review process, I identified a significant academic-integrity concern that was formally acknowledged by the journal’s Editor-in-Chief.
My Contribution
As a manuscript reviewer, I applied critical analysis, research evaluation, subject-matter knowledge, and academic judgment to assess scholarly work and support the journal’s publication process.
The experience strengthened my broader work in research, academic communication, editorial review, and scholarly quality assurance.
